So, I want to tell you. Before you buy used cars from them,Better take them to the dealership if you are buying something other than a Chevrolet from them. I went in June to look at an Audi Q7. I really liked it because it had a brown interior. That's what I was looking for. But I didn't want to buy it. I just wanted to look at it, but when I came, I drove it. I looked at it, I really liked it, but I also had the option of a Mercedes-Benz. I wanted to go look at it. But the manager Austin, who works at the Chevrolet dealership, was very eager to convince me. And I bought it. I thought that I was getting a car from a dealer and there would be no problems, but.. That was my big mistake. Because the car was in terrible condition. After 3 days, it was eating engine oil really badly, plus it started smoking. On top of that I went to the Audi dealership and they billed me $24,000 for the repairs and I was shocked. They just lied to me. Of course I solved my problem. They took my Audi away and I had to get a Chevrolet from them. Because there was no other way out. They recalculated the deposit I gave them. And it was less. So, Guys, I want to tell you, before you buy a car from them, even though it is cool as they say, always check it in other services so that you don't have a situation like mine. I do not recommend this dealership!!!

I was very happy with the check in process, the wait and the communication. I think the additional credit card charge is unnecessary and would like to see additional incentives for return customers.

Took my tahoe in for oil change and to inspect trailer connection. People at desk were very professional. They were able to find out what was wrong with my trailer hitch plug and they are going to take care of it through warranty. Was very pleased with all the service. Will definitely be back. I dealt with Zach at the desk and also spoke with Josh. Both were very pleasant

Fast, friendly service.Other dealers should take note - this is how it's done!I needed a battery the they took me the same day and replaced it while I waited - fast and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora for any service!
