My daughter lost her cupcake purse somewhere while we were shopping and threw a fit. Bart searched for it and bought it out as right before we left the parking lot. Thanks Bart!

Tried to checkout but registers weren't working. An associate let me know someone was on the phone with IT fixing it and he offered to hold my items if I wanted to leave. Me and my wife grabbed lunch came back and our cart had my name on it waiting for us. They were courteous in what looked like a stressful situation

Yikes, this store is pretty cut throat. You better go in ready to search through the mess of shelves & disorganized items. Nice large selection once you do look through the mess.

I got craft items to embellish a plain wreath for Christmas. I got the curly wire ribbon, bulbs, and snowman ornaments. My wreath turned out really nice for under $10.

The manager is closing the store early and then threatening to call the police. I don’t appreciate being discriminated against by the manager today. He shouldn’t have or carry the title he has. I will be calling corporate.

Went in to grab specific items and needed some assistance. Haleigh made me come up to her numerous times to ask for help and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. She talked over me and walked away to ignore me. I then tried to ask the other employee to help me and it was like pulling teeth. They need some better customers service skills.

Cashier Alyssa referred to me and my mother as ‘rude ignorant b—ches’. We had to ring a service bell twice before she came out, she did not greet or speak to my mother and when my mom pointed it out she stormed away from her register and started yelling to her manager that she was not going to finish ringing customers out. Manager then refused to give information on who to further contact.

Horrible! I will never shop Dollar Tree Store again. The employees at this location are rude and unprofessional. They refused to provide their upper management's contact info. After making a purchase for graduation decor, I realized I needed more and went back to the store 10 minutes before closing. The doors were locked. A woman waiting outside ran in as another customer exited. When this same woman exited she slithered out holding the door and pushed it closed stating they said not to let you in. Again, it wasn't 9:00 yet. I wasn't able to get the extra items therefore didn't have enough for the graduation. Now I'm stuck useless items because they refused to return or provide store credit. I didn't have time to shop for an exchange. I WILL NEVER shop Dollar Tree again and will warn others not to shop there as well.

This is the cleanest most organized Dollar Tree I have ever been to. It's refreshing to shop without the clutter. The products are displayed beautifully leaving everything at your fingertips. The staff could turn up the welcoming energy a notch. I felt like I was intruding by being there as they were more wrapped up in private conversations and a little cold. However, I will say I was given a warm farewell at checkout. Hopefully it was just a bad day.

I went to Dollar tree around 5 and I went in there to get some supplies I needed. Everything was just fine till I see the shampoo section. 2 middle aged coworkers were cutting off the woman's shampoo isle to restock the shampoo(no worries diddnt need shampoo anyway). Well my problem was the coworker. She yelled and I mean yelled! At a elder customer who was looking for shampoo. She told him "YOU CANT GET THROUGH! GO AROUND THE ISLE TO GET TO THE MENS SHAMPOO!" Then she continued to curse at him under her breath. Then I go 2 isles down and I hear the same coworker cursing like a sailor then continued to make fun of a older man who bought hair dye at the store earlier that day. She honestly seem strung out while working, but my upside to my visit was the blue haired cashier , she was super sweet.

If you want a nice clean store where the workers are pleasant go to the store in Aurora. The opposite is at the Bainbridge store not good. ?

I’ve been to many Dollar stores but this location was the most organized and cleanest I’ve ever been to. I’d almost forgotten it was here, set back behind Target. Nice, friendly staff too! ?

Don’t bother find another location!! Trust me it’s for your own benefit over the past 2 years I have come to this location only to walk up to the front door to find a sign posted saying they are closed for one reason or another. No other Dollar Trees ( or stores for that matter) seem to have this issue so this is just poor management. Today the sign said they had staffing issues and had to close for two hours to unload merchandise. So instead of figuring out how to keep the store open (I know there may be delays and such, yes) they locked the doors and costs all of their customers their gas and time. And please don’t blame the pandemic no other dollar trees seem to go through this. You are better off just finding a different location even if it’s a bit further because this one has so many issues adhering to their store hours posted. I witnessed at least a dozen people walk up only to have to leave. What good is unloading all of your merch if you just lost a dozen customers? Get. New. Management.
