However, the store was very clean and fun to look around. We ended up buying a stunning garden decoration piece. Will likely return.”

“This is a review for the wonderful service Rebecca gave to my mother-in-law who is elderly and legally blind. Seeing Rebecca in the aisle I asked her where the bath rugs were. She walked us over to them, and started talking to my MIL. Rebecca showed her the rugs in the white and tan colors, told her the sizes, and checked the prices. She spent time with us, was very pleasant and not rushed. Rebecca definitely gets Kudos from us. We also appreciate that 20% off coupon I found on my phone app.”

“Last night, June 1st 2020, I headed to Walmart to return a Redbox after the redbox machine at CVS was down. I didn't realize the time and they were already closed, locking up the doors. The male employee kindly said we're closed and I then I showed him the Redbox return in my hand. He came to the door, let me in, and let me return my Redbox. This act of kindness made my day. I want to thank him and the other female employee for letting me in, when they didn't have to. Thank you so much kind employees of Walmart!”

“I love this Target. Nice team members - very helpful when have questions or need to find something. Clean store. As good of a selection of items as anyone has and as much staff as is possible right now in this apocalyptic post-ish COVID era. After reading some of these reviews, keep in mind that no stores have the stock nor staff levels they used to. That's just the way it is now. We're all making the best of it - and so is this Target :)”

“Love Target. Probably my favorite store for all things from housewares, to camping to pet or pharmaceuticals. This location is the best staff wise, other locations like Mayfield Hts definitely should spend some time training here at this location (Bainbridge/Aurora) to see how customer service is SUPPOSED to be.”

“Started using pick up at this location a few weeks ago after having many severe issues with the service at the Macedonia location that have continuously went unresolved. This Walmart is 20 minutes out of my way vs less than 10 minutes, but I get my groceries more quickly by driving there and back vs waiting over an hour or more at the Macedonia location. Aurora always has my pick up order out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for being reliable Aurora.”
“My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash.While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember.We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent Customer Service.”
