Easily the rudest behind the counter pharmacist I’ve every encountered. Legit have a super sick 4 year old and wouldn’t rush through a script for her to any degree. Complete attitude and lack of care for patients.
Only went to this one because the good one in Target didn’t have the product.

Consistently inconsiderate, rude, and unhelpful people behind the pharmacy counter. Always a line, always takes longer than any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to, always made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them when I come in to get my own prescriptions. Consistent incompetence for 2+ years now. Having my prescriptions sent elsewhere moving forward.

I made a same-day appointment online for this Minute Clinic and was seen promptly by Michelle Carroscia. Once I arrived early, I checked-in online and was called back before my appt. time, which was great. My nurse knew her stuff and made great recommendations to help me feel better. I highly recommend making an appointment online with this clinic, filling out the materials beforehand, and arriving early. This team is sure to help diagnose you and assist in making you feel better.

The pharmacy service has steadly declined over the years. It is such a disappointment since they have a Minute Clinic (which is great) and you can't even get a prescription immediately filled after an appt! This was my issue today. I now have to go BACK the following day to get it.

12/27/23-Asked the pharmacist for some guidance for an ointment. And he was one of the most rudest people I’ve spoke to on the phone in a long time he was bothered. He was impatient. He was fast talking to hang up quickly, very unwilling to help, Wanted to hang up as quickly as possible., obviously wrapped up in a first world problem in his own life.

Waited until 2:07 pm for pharmacy staff to come back from lunch (sign states lunch ends at 2 pm). Then wanted to get children’s Motrin which is on their drive through menu. They were out of Motrin and the young female pharmacy tech would not walk 2 seconds from her pharmacy position to get me some over the counter. Was told I needed to come inside with my child who I told them had a fever currently. People in retail stores have no courtesy or heart anymore!

For the second time, I was told they could not fill an urgent medication from a doctor same day due to the wait. The wait at this pharmacy far exceeds any other CVS in the area. The staff at this location are doing their best, but they are completely swamped and there is a line around the building. CVS - Please fix the pharmacy understaffing issue at this location!!

As you can see from others, awful pharmacy. Had same situation as others - urgent med needed for COVID. Could not fill 4 days. Just do yourself a favor and have your physician place the order ANYWHERE but here. They should just close the place.

The techs and pharmacists are very helpful to the best of their ability. Most of the issues are insurance driven or supply issues. Not their fault and they do the best they can with the challenges with staffing. I’ve always had the best customer service with their team.

The CVS pharmacy in Aurora Ohio is the worst. They lack compassion and the manger’s excuse is that they are busy filling 10 times the amount of Prescriptions then the Target CVS up the road. We are stuck with them because our insurance is through CVS, or else we would switch to Walgreens!

Today was my final straw with this place when they chose not to update my new insurance information. The tech was very rude and kept going on and on he couldn’t help me further and that I would need to return inside in an hour to try again because he was getting yelled at by the pharmacist. I was the only one in line and was being pushed. This isnt the first I’ve had bad experience. But def now the last I will be there. I quickly went online and transferred my prescription to the Target CVS. It was filled within the hour. The only employee was the pharmacist and he was great My insurance was updated and was the best experience. We will be going there for now on

I have never used this location's pharmacy so I can't speak for that but I have always had a pleasant experience shopping in the front of the store. I am always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything. I was there yesterday and Domenic was so helpful, polite and professional in assisting with checkout and Extra care coupons. He really went above and beyond! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Also, the store is usually well-stocked and I leave with more items than I originally stopped to buy. Thank you to the store manager and staff members, well done!
