my first experience renting a storage unit was at this location and ryan was phenomenal in helping me get set up! he was super kind and thorough, his professionalism helped me feel very reassured my belongings will be kept safe.

I went in to inquire about a rental space and this nice young man named Ryan talked to me and explained everything to me. I can’t remember a time recently when a young person was so professional and kind and took the time with an elderly person like me. Usually I get short answers and get blown off. I asked him if he could call my husband to explain things and he went out of his way to do that. We are not in the market right now but soon we will be because we will be downsizing and will need to store items for awhile. Thank you for having such a nice employee.

HORRIBLE! They auctioned all my belongings! I called 3x’s and left messages for Ryan to get back to me starting in May, then June, 17th, July!
I’ve been calling and emailing for someone to please call me. Ryan finally called me today to tell me he auctioned off ALL my belongings! I left messages for him to call - “ he said well sometimes I don’t get the messages”. Then he said - I’ve been getting all your emails and messages but didn’t think it was very “tactful” to send an email to you that we auctioned everything off on 7/16.
My childrens’ father passed away 3 years ago and his belongings that we stored in there for my kids is now GONE! The owner needs to call me ASAP! I have a copy of my call log history!

The manager, Ryan, was the nicest man I have ever come across. He helped me so much with gaining access to my unit & offering up any help he could! After meeting him, I feel so comfortable with keeping my items stored here!

The website was easy to use, with excellent graphics to show the size and shape of the various units and easy steps to reserve and then register to rent a unit. I had a question that was answered quickly online... then later made a phone call and the person was of great help. Because I'm across the country making the reservation, and needed guidance on how to arrange for someone's belongings to be taken to the storage, I called the facility itself (in Aurora) and spoke to Ryan M. He was great! Thoughtful, eager to help, competent and knows the business. I was very grateful for his help, and know he'll keep an eye on things on moving in day. Thanks a lot! Dealing with this from so far away was a lot easier than it might have been.
