I personally don't wear crocs but I was told that they had some very good prices by someone who love them.

Came in today an hour and a half before close, was not greated the woman at the counter just stared at her phone, me and my fiance went straight to the Crocs on the wall and were looking at sizes and talking about prices and all of the different varieties, the woman that was at the counter was now standing a couple steps away from us watching us, which I had no problem with. We moved to the jibbits and she circled around them and would not stop staring at my hands like I was going to take them or something, I wasn't even in there for 3 minutes at this point, I looked at her back with the jibbit in my hand and she just openly stared at my hand without breaking contact with my hands. I wish I was joking but she literally had her hands folded behind her back and she was just staring at my hands, at that point I put it down and left because this woman was more willing to make me uncomfortable then great me or help me.

Whatever the case, the manager is rude. He was a complete jerk and has no customer service qualities. I called and he was rude, mean, short, and acted like I was wasting his time. 0/10 would not go to this store just because of the manager.

Lady that works in the store was very rude and disrespectful she started making rude comments about my military disabled husbands dog i told her it was a service dog and she kept talking and giving me dirty looks when I said something for the second time she said I needed to leave and she was going to call security. Security already saw the dog and was very friendly towards my husband and the dog she was very rude and we were leaving anyway.i would not buy form an employee that disrespectful and she did this in front of a crowded store more training is needed for better customer service we had a store and would never tolerate such behavior

Good products but terrible customer service. This is good example where I as about to make a purchase but decided against it. I had the employee come up to me and rudely ask if I am done. Well, I would be done and out of hair if you’d be willing to help. I asked if they had a different size and I got a response saying we don’t have it in the back. How’d you k ow without even looking at what I was asking for? Comfortable footwear- yes. Customer centric- **** no.
