Good products but terrible customer service. This is good example where I as about to make a purchase but decided against it. I had the employee come up to me and rudely ask if I am done. Well, I would be done and out of hair if you’d be willing to help. I asked if they had a different size and I got a response saying we don’t have it in the back. How’d you k ow without even looking at what I was asking for? Comfortable footwear- yes. Customer centric- **** no.

Laughably bad customer service. They stand around like zombies. Asked me if I wanted a bag when checking out then tried to charge me for it. When questioned, employee refused to speak to me and dropped the items purchased on counter and turned away.

Sadly I have joined the cult of Crocs. I picked up a pair of Chewbaca Crocs and am slightly ashamed to say that they are my go to shoes now.

Very poor customer service. The associates just stand, chill and chat in a group around the counter, and they didn't offer any help when we're searching. When we were checking out, they order us to put the slippers back exactly how it was. This is after buying 2 pairs on our own. If there was a self checkout, they wouldn't even ring us up.
