Lights are on doors are locked seems to be the theme. Finally got someone to come to the door only to be told that there is "something going on in their system", come back later.

Literally EVERY-TIME I try to go the doors are locked DURING HOURS and I work at the mall! It’s so frustrating I’ll just take my business else where honestly.
