Have been coming to this branch to take care of my moms account since her recent passing. We have been helped SO VERY WELL by Okneisha through EVERY step of the process. She has been so very helpful, explaining EVERYTHING that we needed to know/do. We were so happy and impressed with the way she treated us and went Above and Beyond with everything, my brother and i opened up new accounts there. EVERYONE THERE, has been absolutely wonderful with Anything we needed help with. I SO HIGHLY recommend this branch to everyone. So very friendly and very knowledgeable with Everything you need to know. Excellent service Every time we go there. Awesome team work their.

Very bad customer service. I went to open an account. The computer was down. They was supposed to call me back. It’s been a week no call. They never answer the phones.

Very disappointed with Ian the bank manager. We deposited a check via mobile app by taking a picture. The normal $200 that would usually be available wasn’t and that was fine. We’ve had that happen before and then all the funds would be available the next morning. Well there was a hold put on the check. This has happened before as well and if you go to a bank manager they can call the bank the check was from and find out if the funds were in the account and then if they were the hold could be lifted. Well Ian swore up and down that he did everything in his power to get the hold lifted but there was just nothing he could do! Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue. We could’ve just waited for it to clear but with the COVID issue things were very tight for us and it was very important for the funds to be available. So after listening to him swear there was nothing he could do we decided to go to another chase and wouldn’t you know, that bank manager was able to make a phone call and magically the hold was lifted and the funds were available!! Very disappointed to say the least!

I love this bank. They greet you the minute you walk in and there is seldom a wait.. Everyone has always been friendly helpful and courteous.. I enjoy my banking experiences in this bank. See for yourself, go in and learn about this bank.

I refused to open a checking account with Chase because the manager insisted on asking for my income and employer. I know about bank CIP regulations, and these items are not required to comply with CIP. I was not applying for credit. Makes me think the management is looking for cross sell opportunities. I don't trust this bank.

Always makes me feel like a criminal when making a deposit. Very annoying to have to show ID to make a SMALL ($20) cash DEPOSIT. The only advantage of this bank is its drive thru and free checks.
