Do NOT get any medicines from here! Request a paper perscription! We requested paper prescription and the nurse ignored our request. Their prices are outrageous and can be found anywhere else for way cheaper! $50 med through Aurora Vet at Tractor Supply for $7. Never again.

Dr. Rosen-Sharp and her team took very good care of my Francesca(pet chicken).
Francesca was very sick, and they did everything that was available to help my chickie. They treated my Francesca with so much care and love, you can tell they really love all animals.
I particularly appreciate how honest they are about everything, including costs/treatments/exams/etc.
They even called me a few days later to ask me how Francesca is doing.
She is doing great by the way.
I liked them so much, that now on I will bring all my pets there, even my cat.
This is Francesca having fun outside with her friends ❤️

I would like to thank you for being there for our family when my baby girl turned for the worst quickly overnight.
I have never been to your vet clinic and I called crying hysterically on a Saturday morning and Tammy found a way to get us in immediately for "the final gift" we were going to have to do.
My baby girl (ok, maybe not a baby, she was 15.5 but you would never know) passed away in the car, at home, before we could get her to the vet. Aurora Vet Clinic still helped us with her cremation and let us spend as much time as we needed in the room with her.
Quite possible one of the worst days of my life. Tammy was so compassionate. The office even sent a sympathy card and we have never been a client. First class. Thank you!!

I had a bad experience with talking to customer service on the line. I was trying to get pricing for cat neutering surgeries. They said their protocol doesn’t allow them to give out pricing over the phone. I tried to inquire about why that is the case but the lady was very rude / disrespectful / pushy and she ultimately shut the phone while we are taking.

I wish I could give 20 stars. This place was absolutely the best on the worst day of my life. I had my baby for 15 years and he had a stroke late Tuesday night. Could not get him in to his regular vet or anywhere else. I was suggested to take him to the emergency vet where he would have probably had to wait for hours, and all the reviews in my area were horrific, i really didnt want my baby to have to go there. This place amazingly took us, even though we had never been before, squeezed us in for an appointment without a second thought. The staff was so kind and understanding, I was a mess. They explained everything and offered every single option on the table. We ultimately decided it was time to say goodbye. They explained everything, allowing us as much time as we wanted to not only say goodbye before, but also after. I will never be able to thank them enough for all of their staffs compassion and they had never met me or my baby before.

We recently had to put our loved one down, and it was on a Saturday morning, we called right when they opened, without hesitation told us to come in, and the entire staff was very polite emphatic and showed strong care for our dog. We have always went to them for the routine visits but this put us over the edge knowing we have picked the right vet. Thank you.

I brought my new puppy here for runny and bloody stool. I noticed this issue as soon as I brought her home. They told me she had a parasite after I brought her in twice for the same issue which they said would be cleared up in 1 week. After finishing her medication she still had the same problem so they had me bring her in again. I have brought her in 4 times for the same issue and spent hundreds of dollars... 7 months later she still has this issue and they cant tell me why. This time I called saturday to schedule an appointment for my other dog who has been having mild seizure like symptoms. They said they didnt have open appointments but could get me in Monday for an emergency appointment fee for $25. After leaving today I noticed they charged me $71 for an emergency appointment alone. Maybe you should train your staff better. I did not ask for a price but since they told me $25 that is what the charge should have been.

If I could do more stars than 5, I would. Highly, highly recommend. Losing a pet is rough, this place knows how to make it easier for you and they did for our family.

I have been bringing my senior pitty mix to this vet for several years. This past experience is the one that has been the final straw for me. The whole ordeal started out with me having to schedule 7 weeks in advance to be seen by the doctor who has been treating him. So I did. On the 24th we finally had our appointment. They weighed him and the vet tech noted he had lost 3 pounds which I was super happy about so I distinctly noted his weight in my head. The visit continued with me waiting for around 30 minutes only for me to not be seen by our usual vet. A stranger who I had never seen before enters. I was given no explanation regarding why we weren’t being seen by the vet I scheduled with. She did note his heart rate but didn’t look in his eyes or really feel his body at all. However they managed to scrounge up 600$ worth of shots and treatments that he needed. One being a bordetella shot that I have asked them to disregard every single visit due to the fact that he doesn’t go to kennel. I reminded them again, I didn’t need him to get that shot. Yay I saved 25 dollars. 600$ later the vet says they will email me his write up. I say fine and leave. It’s been a whole week without a call or email, so I call the vet inquiring about his visit. I get a very flippant worker telling me “oh they must have forgotten to send it to you”. I’m upset at this point bc they certainly did not forget to charge me 600$. For the record, the vet clinic at PetSmart down the road had NEVER forgotten to send me the records of every visit. She sends over the wrong document so I have to AGAIN call back and ask for the blood work. This time a different worker answers and thankfully had a much kinder tone. This time she sends the correct paperwork and I notice that my dog’s weight had not been updated the past 3 visits we had. I mean seriously? If you cannot record a weight then how can I trust you can even read bloodwork results? Not to mention weight is a very vital indicator of health in animals. I am very disappointed by this vet clinic. They are willing to charge an arm and a leg for services and medication but simply do not seem to care about the patient’s health or wellbeing, down to not even caring enough to keep accurate weight recordings. It feels terrible that you entrust your precious pets to people who can’t even bother to record an accurate weight for them. It’s shameful. If you take your pet to this clinic be careful to note important information about your pet and check their records for accuracy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had to put our little pup down (she was14yrs old). I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced more kindness and love from ANY establishment ever. They were so far beyond amazing I just don't have words. They had never met us but treated us and our pup like family. They care so much. Beautiful people.
