I sent an email inquiring about boarding my dog. Almost 24 hours later and still no response. I sent emails to other boarders and received response within an hour. No need to respond as I'm no longer interested in boarding my dog here.

being local to home is a plus, they are always nice and do their job well, the only down sides are they are In my opinion very expensive & also push for vaccines that are not necessary especially for older dogs

First visit today with our new Golden Retriever puppy. DR.Zalewski and staff were amazing, our puppy was never afraid, treated very gently, and didn't even notice when she was administered vaccines thanks to some cheese on the table. I'm on my third dog, and this has been the best vet experience I believe I've ever had. I can't stand the places that muzzle calm non-aggressive breeds. Thank you AVC, I look forward to bringing my pup here for her entire life.

They do not do what they say.. when boarding a dog they only let them out once a shift so that's twice a day. If you bring your animals blankets and toys and they are incontinent in there kennel they won't give it to them... it's a sad facility... HIGH Unrecommended!

This review and stars are for Dr. Matlock. He is truly THE BEST, kindest, most compassionate, professional vet EVER. He is true to his word when he says he will get back to you with results, and he takes the time to explain things. He never rushes you or makes you feel like you are wasting his time (unlike many others I have seen). When we went through the painful process of discovering our cat had cancer, he was there every step of the way, up until the worst of the worst of days. I don't think I could have even made it through without Dr. Matlock. I KNOW he did everything he could do to try to help, and he was honest every single step of the way. Dr. Matlock is truly an angel for animals.

Require masks even though no state mandate, only allow one pet parent in facility at a time (VERY inconvenient). Didn't provide quote at time of booking service, when we came in, price was almost double other vet service. Require two visits when other vet requires only one (much more convenient!). Vote with your dollars, go somewhere else.

Amazing service, amazing price, very very nice place!! They got me in the day after I called. My hamster needed antibiotics and they pre measured my medication. Originally I was supposed to do a televisit but since I was a new customer, I was not able to and they then refunded me immediately since I could not attend. The communication was great, talked to many people and all were extremely helpful knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

Sue is the most caring person - as well as the others. She took such great care of our cat for 3 weeks - giving her lots of love and attention every day!!! She went above and beyond to make sure our cat was feeling relaxed and loved. Thank you Sue and team!!
