The mall its located in is open until 7pm, so when we arrived at 6pm we thought nothing of it. Sadly they close earlier than the rest of the stores, its annoying. We went and bought the items on Amazon, its reasons like this that brick and mortar stores are doomed.

Terrible customer service! Such a shame for a well known brand. I expected the employees to be classy and poised, however they were stand off-ish and had awful service! I'll be going to a different location next time.
