Bought a brand new tractor from white's farm. Put 42 hours on it and gas started leaking out of carburetor. They picked it up and supposedly fixed it. Brought it back. I mowed alittle shut it off. Again gas leaking out of it again. They come and got it. That has been 9 days ago. Called them and they are waiting for a carburetor. Said they will try to call and see what's going on. Should have done that some time ago. Very eager to sell me a new tractor. After that they could care less.

A first time need for service on a on a 30k tractor to fix there mistake cost me 14 dollars not exactly the long term relationship I had in mind.

Purchased a mini excavator. About a year later I noticed the hydraulic fluid leaking. Took it apart and it had rags stuffed in the swivel under the plate. They must of knew about this and instead of fixing it, they shoved rags up in it so we wouldn’t notice for a while. Now having to put a new swivel on the machine and it’s costing thousands of dollars. Don’t trust this place.
