Absolutely wonderful experience! Did a great job with my two Australian shepherds, and they really seemed to enjoy their time there! It's very clear that Lori really understands dogs. As a vet, I get a lot of groomer recommendations, but this would be my top choice!

Wonderful place. First time I left my baby there. She did great!! Friendly and very caring !! Piper was happy to see me and she loved the lady who cared for her! I will definitely take her back there if I go away again. Called while I was on vacation and assured me Piper was good and having a good time!! She had a nice vacation and so did I knowing she was well taken care of. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby♥️♥️♥️

I highly recommend Bow Wow!! Lori took care of our babies when we boarded them there! They even smelled amazing when they came home. The facilities were extremely clean and I will definitely take my boys back there again!! Thank you Lori for taking such great care of them!

She is very nice. Love the way she grooms my English Springer spanial. Her shop and Kennels are very clean. I would recommend her to anyone.

Lori not able to properly care for my blind senior dog ( ie; giving meds incorrectly, or not at all), insisting on changing his diet to Bil-Jac even though I made sure to provide enough of his food. Lori was observed yelling at dogs that were barking telling them to shut up. I did not see any compassion in her behavior, I will never board any of my pets with her again.

We take our Bernedoodle, Loki, here for grooming. She is great with him and does a super job. We are so comfortable leaving him with her.

I have been bringing my dog Cinco to Lori for a few years!! He’s not an easy one to deal with! He’s a beautiful cocker spaniel and she grooms him for me and does an Awesome job! I would never think of taking him anywhere else! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a groomer for your doggie!
