I get a lot of money sent to me through the Walmart 2 Walmart and when I go in there in the evenings to pick it up the Customer service desk is always closed. You ask a CSM worker why they are not open and they say everyone that knows how to do it calls off. They say they have a hard time finding people who want to work evenings for the customer service center. Then when you call on the phone no one at customer service never answers the phone and when they do they are rude. The store is great other than what I said above. Let's just say o dread calling the customer service.

my family and my kids are sick of coming in there every time we come in having some little employee talking down to us while they wear their little Black Lives Matter mask we need to call a civil Rights associate attorney and tell them that it's about time someone made a case against this type of case against this bull bull

This place is the worst. They don't have people to bag your groceries, which isn't the worst thing in the world, but when several of the bags don't make it into your cart I think the least they can do would be to run it out to you in the parking lot after you drive all the way back.
