Dillion is fantastic, but? The manager is void and horrible. I attempted to be patient over a 4 months time frame. I repeatedly tried to work with them to solve an issue.
I was Lied to, callused words were spoken to me, and ignored. The more I showed up - trying to be patient to get my problem solved? They began to get nasty with me. They didn't want me to return and offer help. In other words, go away and don't come back. We can't help you.
They lost a 8 year customer. It worked out for my benefit. My new provider is $175/ month less expensive for the SAME thing, with better service!
Trying to return the equipment? They have adamantly refused to accept it back. On my own dime, I shipped it back. Stop sending me the bill because I'm not paying it.
I told them what I could afford but was ignored and sent a bill 3x more than what I told them I can afford. Go clean house VERIZON!! Athens Ohio State Street is killing your business

This is the worst place ever to go. They need a no star button. I have been a customer here for over 5 years. This store is also a corporate office. I have switched all my phones to a different carrier. I also have a tablet that was on my plan that they refuse to shut off in store. They are charging me 80 a month for a tablet. They give you a number to call and unless you remember a 4 digit pin the number is useless. If I am standing in your store with the device and identification I feel like I should be able to discontinue my services. This right here is the reason I am no longer a customer to begin with.

My family and I have been verizon customers for quite sometime. The response is "You know where to find us". You cannot even call the Athens Verizon store. How about you refund the double charge of over $800 to my bank account you took this month. Or reimburse me for the hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Or when I finally do reach a supervisor and tell him that I cannot understand him. He tells me "That's your problem and hangs up on me." Oh, and I forgot to mention the two new iPhone's that were added to my account with numbers I don't know. So yeah.. Not a happy camper.

This store is terrible I been a customer for 22 years got new phones and ripped me off so now I am a Team mobile customer for half the price for same thing I had.... I will never go back here again.

No stars if possible. I’ve been a faithful 30 year customer of Verizon with multiple accounts. They don’t help at all. Manager Zach is a joke of a man. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Bad customer service, girl with a nose ring kept saying it was my fault and overall just so rude and full of attitude. After a couple minutes she finally slammed her hands on the table and just walked away. All happened after she told me she can't do anything to fix my phone. Her assistant is way too nice to be working under her and she knew her manager was being rude because the second she walked away she was the sweetest person and actually told me the steps to fix it.
