Our experience was TERRIBLE! My child is in her first year of college and this was her first experience mailing a package by herself. I feel like they took total advantage of her at this location, I would even go as far as saying they stole from her! They charged her exactly $100 (already strange to have an exact amount like that) to mail out two packages and they didn't give her a tracking number, a receipt, offer to email her anything, or tell her that having a tracking number is important! Am I mad at my child for not asking for a receipt, yes, but I am more upset that no one at the store told her how important it was to have one. Now, we are out $100 for shipping, and about $120 in lost items and have found no way to deal with this rotten experience. I'm also piping mad at UPS and our inability to file a claim without a tracking number, that they never gave to her! We have found it virtually impossible to speak to a human. Terrible, Terrible Service! Shame on you UPS!

Very helpful and the man who is at the front counter usually is always very nice and helpful even if I forgot to do something correctly. He goes out of his way to help me fix any issues. I will try not to have any more but im glad they made it such an easy process.

I love that it's literally 2 min from my house and the associates are so nice. I rarely have issues with UPS. FedEx is an entirely different review ? Thanks for making sure we all get our mail!!!!

Terrible hours. Can’t believe UPS charges you $6 to hold your package and then makes it impossible to get during a normal lunch hour.
