do not go here for a queer coded haircut i look like a hillbilly.
i have wanted to go back to my mullet for like a year. i saw on their instagram someone who did really good haircuts like that, but i guess she didn’t work there anymore. so i booked with the person who was “good with men’s haircuts”. she was really nice, but i was lowkey waiting to stop trusting the process and see something i loved. i just… don’t understand how i can show this reference pic (my last haircut plus green, which i loved) and get this … i also asked initially to keep most of my length, and after spending years growing my hair out, im pretty sad. kinda smiled through it because the hair was already gone :’) i will in fact be wearing a bandana for the next at least month.

Loved getting my haircut here for years, until literally half the staff quit more recently to make their own business. I dealt with it for a while, until recently when Jessica randomly canceled my appointment 2 hours before the appointment, which I had made 2 weeks in advance. Customer service texted me and I was slightly disappointed but simply asked when I could get a new appt. with her, but they were very cryptic and weird about it, saying that I would no longer be working with Jessica despite having a good interaction with her before and here still being employed there lol?? They could not give me an explanation why when asked.... Then after all that trouble and 2 weeks of wasted time, they assume I'm fine with an appt. with someone named Barb who is "very good at men's cuts," despite me having long, curly blond hair, which doesn't seem relevant to a typical men's cut imo.
The whole place has gone down the drain and will take years to recover the skill and quality service it used to have, which is so disappointing as it used to be the best place I've ever been to. It's on par with Great Clips or something now.

The new massage therapist is awesome! One of the best massages I’ve had. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. Definitely going back!

The hair cut was a little uneven my right side was longer and when it comes to my eyebrows ughh she gave me a pencil line on my right and it looks like she didn’t even try on my left, its so irritating. I try to do something nice for myself and now my eyebrows are uneven as hell!Services: Haircut

Facials are very expensive and they are not as good as I supposed it to be. Also i got allergy on my face due to the face mask they applied.

I have been here for both a hair cut and to get my nails done prior to my wedding. My hair cuts with Victoria have all been 5 star experiences. I've loved all of my cuts and appreciated the conversation as well.My experience getting my nails done was good. They do not do nail designs, which isn't necessarily negative, but something customers should be aware of.

I wasn't sure what to do to my hair for the haircut, but I knew I wanted a change. Scarlett was so kind and worked with me to give me a haircut that I absolutely love! I have thick curly hair, so I'm always a bit nervous to go to a new place, but I will for sure be coming back! Totally recommend going here!

First-timer here who has found her new home at The Loft. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I have to specifically mention Victoria as an expert in color and cut. She takes time to find out who you are and the vibe you want, then she creates the exact color and style you need! Highly recommend!
