Walked in today to not even get introduced yet but to get told to put on our masks. We told the employee working there that we didn’t have any so he told us to cover up with our shirts. He also clapped his hands in the air at us and gave us a dirty look. Every sally’s I’ve walked into for quite a while now hasn’t “officially” required masks. I recently just moved here and my asthma has gotten worse because of the change in climate. I was burning up and wheezing into my shirt because I could barely breathe. I told my father this story and he ended up calling corporate. Corporate told my father that the mask mandate has been over with Sally’s for a hot minute now and that they were having similar issues with other Sally’s doing the same thing. This girl with short black hair kept following my fiancé and I around and literally wouldn’t stay more than one foot away from us. She was staring at us and listening to our conversations while pretending to look at items on the shelf. When I got to check out I asked if I could change my address and she said “Well we never mail you anything we only email you stuff. You don’t really need to change it.” So I responded “ Can I still change it since I’ve moved?” I had safety issues with the past address so I wanted nothing of mine associated with that place. The whole time she was just being sassy and kept giving my fiancé and I dirty looks. If it wasn’t for the fact my fiancé and I needed our hair to be natural again for a job and if we had more time we wouldn’t have bought from there and we would’ve found a different sally’s. I go to sally’s quite often because of how much I change my hair and this is the first uncomfortable experience I’ve had.

I was briefly an employee at Sally's. The Manger Gwen and the other employees were really great and Sally's products really are the best you can get. But Sally's really is a terrible company to work for, the corporate pencil pushers in HR REALLY did me dirty! They hired me AFTER my background check came back then they fired me 2 weeks later because of the background check results!! I have an almost 7 year old misdemeanor theft on my record. I told management about it during my interview, prior to the background check. I'm not 1 of those childish ppl that leaves a bad review on a former employer knowing that I did wrong. I just feel that it's a pretty dirty trick to fire someone out of the blue over results that the company knew about when I was hired. And that wonderful woman Gwen liked me and my work enough to go to bat for me to try and get my job back! Of course HR desk jockeys said no though.

A great place with fantastic service! So full of so much energy and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend shopping here for whatever hair product you need. They definitely make a big effort to help out.

One of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for one thing and wanted to keep looking for more but they made us feel so strange I just bought the one thing I needed and left. I almost just put down my stuff and left without purchasing anything at all. The lady with purple hair literally followed us around pretending to “look” at items near us, staring at us and listening to our conversation. Just in general made my brother and I feel very odd and unwelcome. Not sure if lurking over your customers is the best thing for business because it definitely discouraged my brother and I both from buying anything from this store. If I didn’t need the product I would’ve just waited and bought something similar somewhere else. I absolutely will not be returning to this store, which sucks because I like Sally’s usually

Dark hair lady is very pushy and is rude if you don’t like her suggestions. I refuse to even go in his location if she is there. Gwen Makes It a uncomfortable and tense shopping experience to put it as nice as possible. Definitely does NOT make you feel welcomed or even like a person unless you buy in to her pushy sales pitch. Who is upper management? I’d love to fill them in... worst customer service I’ve had in my lifetime. Will never return, and I’ve let my friends know so they can save the head ache of going there as well! That lady is NUTS save yourself a trip and buy online or travel to a different location. BE WARNED!!

Store manager Gwen is RUDE, FAKE, and will say anything to get a sale then trash talk you as soon as you walk out the door. Overbearing and pushy to say the least. Not real impressed at all by service or employees.I will never shop at this location again, horrible experience.

They have a trend of closing before the posted time. Very annoying, especially for people who do not live in town. Probably will not be shopping here again, I will be taking my business to another location.
