Extremely capable; take care of business; and don't overcharge you. I would definitely go back because you know they are not going to take advantage of you. And price was fair -- they actually went to effort to get me parts from junk yard to save me $300!!

I love that they are close to my place of work which is why I chose them. They were also recommended by a local auto dealer. I have had my Jeep there 3 times now and find them to be friendly and fair and quick! Definitely recommend.

I brought my vehicle in and they 'fixed' it but the problem continued. I went back and was told that they didn't have time to address the issues I outlined. The most infuriating thing was the condescending attitude of the person with whom I interacted. The day after I went back, I started smelling gas while driving the vehicle so I had to take it to another mechanic who found that the work of the folks at Riverside caused the gas leak that could have led to a fire. I was seriously considering taking them to court but right now I'm just glad I escaped with my life. I will never go there again. I also do not recommend that place to anyone who values their vehicle and their life.

They are the best in Athens ; Leonard Russell's father put the Moroso hi-rise & cleaned up my big Carter 4bbl.; it ran like a raped ape ; LOL ... Mike Russell is very knowledgeable & better yet , he speaks the language of Athens County !!!

I was referred here by a friend, though after taking both of our vehicles here a number of times, I definitely will NOT be going back.
We had our heater replaced, and it worked fine, for a week. When we explained that it was continually blowing fuses, they were very condescending and finally got us in to 'repair' the problem. A week later, the same problem occurred. when we called them, they explained that the original cost of $400 was only to 'temporarily fix' the heater. What kind of mechanic only temporarily fixes a car for $400?!
Likewise, I took my honda to them to change the spark plugs. When i got it back, it was suddenly leaking oil, and the spark plugs are still not fixed.
This place uses junkyard parts that don't match your vehicle, charge you full price for the parts, and don't seem to care whether the problem is fixed, or just 'temporarily fixed'.
DO NOT take your car here! If you go in even for an oil change, your car will magically begin to have all sorts of problems with it.
