My boyfriend and I visited over the weekend and got to play with puppies! The staff was very friendly and I could tell they cared deeply for the animals there.

Costumer service is always exceptional. I go in quite often and do not have a negative thing to say. Most recently we were helped by nathan Whitehead who helped us and seems like a great employee.

Staff are great, Aaron is super! Would have given 5 stars but they do not supply bags nor do they have shopping carts. I make large purchases & it makes it a tad inconvenient for me, but it doesn't steer me away. They also have good sales/discounts!!
