Justice did a great job taking care of me and my car, I have no complaints. All questions were answered and he was considerate, taking extra time to look over my headlight bulb and explain what the problem might be. It was excellent service and I'll definitely be returning!

I kept an eye on these reviews in case the person directly below me left one if you sort by newest reviews. I was in the store when this kyson campbell person was there. Not sure if he was the older fella or the younger one. Whoever the older guy was happened to be a real piece of work. They came into the store and he immediately started yelling at one of the employees over an honest mistake. The employee was trying to explain he would make the situatuon right to the best of his ability but that older guy wasn't having it. He got louder and louder yelling at the employee and ended up demanding to talk to the manager without giving the worker a chance to fix a single thing. The worker pointed at the guy next to him which was someone next to him and the older guy actually demanded the manager stop helping someone else and handle him instead. The manager finished his phone call then slid over in between his coworker and the older man. That older guy called him a tough guy and acted like he was going to start punching the manager. He said he'd be suing them, cussed the employees out, said he'd have their jobs and stepped in to take a swing at the manager half a dozen times but the younger guy kept getting in the way to keep the situation calmer. I'm assuming the kid was used to seeing I think his dad act like this in public because he practically expected this. They said they drove from so far away that I don't get why they wouldn't go to somewhere in Lancaster logan or nelsonville for such common parts. I'm willing to bet that older guy is banned from everywhere closer because the way he acted was ridiculous. If his son wasn't there he would have 100% tried to assault those employees over them accidentally selling a used part. The manager did the right thing and refunded them the money. I think the employees did the best they could in that horrible situation. Guys like that don't need to be going to stores if they're gonna act like children.

The manager was very bad and I had a horrible time there he threw the phone and was yelling at us and cussing for no reason over something stupid

Justice and the rest of the crew there at East State Street are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I work for a local mechanic and use this location all the time and they never disappoint!

I have had an account for many years at O’Reilly Auto parts. For the past several years I have been traveling across the US working on various projects, there’s not just one store I frequent, but many across the US. The AWESOME thing I love about O’Reilly’s, is I can get the right part at a great price no matter which state I’m in, From Utah to Ohio and anywhere in between. When I have a question about a particular part I purchased, they can pull up my history from anywhere in the US and I know I’m in good hands, from warranty, to availability of parts! Attempted to double bill me, then became very argumentative as if it were my fault that she screwed up. Very poor customer service. I've bought a lot of parts from them, but never again.

My son was driving from Columbus to Chapel Hill NC. He broke down just north of Athens and limped his car to O’reilly. The guys there Justis, Lonnie , and Shawn helped him diagnose the problem ( they thought it was an alternator, but ended up being the belt) helped him fix the issue, and lent him tools, advice and assistance to get him back in the road. I can’t thank them enough for helping a 21 year old kid in a 2003 Subaru Baja who was far from home and needed to get back on the road. Awesome!
