In my opinion, it is very expensive. After a decent rain, we went to move some thing to our home and going that water had ran under the door and got many boxes wet. We got no response about the detailed email with pictures until I called to cancel our unit when we emptied it.

I've had a good experience with them. They were responsive and easy to reach, and I was able to conveniently set up everything online, including autopay. The unit was clean and in good shape.

They keep a close eye on this place. I feel my stuff is secure. I have had no problems in the 6+ years I've used this storage facility. I'd highly recommend this place.
