The staff is very friendly but it is very difficult to complete any simple task due to communication issues (errors in paperwork, instructions being given wrong, etc)

I’ve been banking with OUCU since I was in college and I love banking with them. Their team is phenomenal and have always been helpful. The only feedback I have is their online mobile app is not the best.
