Raymond was super patient and answered all my questions and ran through all of my options multiple times as I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. He was pleasant, funny, and patient. I walked in unsure and already frustrated, I walked out happy and confident in the whole process and my new phone.”

Unfortunately they don't have coverage where I live, but I gotta say these guys were some of the nicest most respectful dudes I've talked to in a cell phone store. They did everything in their power to try and help me get what I was looking for! I'd definitely recommend swinging over to talk to these guys if you are thinking about switching carriers!”

“Good customer service at this location. Had some issues after there was a mix-up that happened as I returned a phone and kept one within a week of signing a contract at the store in Parkersburg. That mix up cost me a couple extra trips into this store to find remedy. I'm glad that I didn't rush into signing up for automatic billing as was suggested in Parkersburg because they still had the phone I returned on my bill and was billed over $300 for my first bill. I called customer service and they made it right and now I feel I can sign up for the automatic billing. Had I done so before they would have got $300 out of my account and who knows how long a refund would have taken, so hold off on that aspect until you see your billing is correct!”

“I went there because I couldn’t get my new phone to activate. I was literally there 30 seconds while a young girl worked her magic, and it was done. I wish I’d gotten her name, but it was so quick I didn’t. So shout out to her for helping an old lady out. She’s a sweetheart!
