Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. But, some are not so friendly.

Decent variety. Definitely the best variety in town. Clean and mostly organized with friendly staff. I say mostly organized but to be fair... It kind of seems impossible to keep a craft/hobby store completely organized. They do a good job.
