Service department seemed to run well. But, the sales department could use training in customer service, sales techniques, communication skills and inventory control.
Sales person continues to not get back with me until weird non business hours like at 8:30 pm or later. Does not respond to cash offers. Insists on me being physically present and wasting my time rather than seeing if we can come together on a price first.
All and all I have found is difficult to do business with them and would suggest Mark Porter. Don Wood is even worse than Hugh.

I couldn't be happier with the car I purchased. Tyler and Silas were amazing to work with. I totaled my car Monday, and was worried I couldn't afford a new one. They worked with me and I drove away in a new 2024 Honda CRV. Everyone was so friendly and you could tell they truly cared about their customers. Thanks again for the new wheels!

I Got Two used Honda Accord. I Buy OEM parts off of them . I Buy there parts because there fit Better and less Hassle to install.There parts Department is very professional and Friendly. I Look forward to keep doing Business with them in Future and Hopefully by my First newer Honda there

we decided to turn in our lease to purchase a vehicle which was at the Lancaster location, was told it was in Athens and we’re on our way down there (about an hour drive) and they had taken the vehicle back to Lancaster, but they would have it back before we got there. Well we waited 2 hours before it made it back to the lot. Our appointment was at 10:15 and we didn’t end up leaving the dealership until after 3:30, which usually when you purchase a vehicle they fill up the car before you leave. The car was almost on E and when we left it wasn’t at half a tank. A week and a half Into having it my oil light came on, the u joints need replaced and three weeks into having it there was smoke coming out from under the hood.. turns out the cooling fans didn’t work (and hadn’t for a while when you looked at it) which could cause engine damage. I’ve reached out multiple times to the salesman we dealt with. And It’s been drug out over two weeks now. It’s been about a month since I’ve owned it and we’ve already had to sink quite a bit of money into it since it was failed to be maintained while on the lot.
They also dinged our credit so many times, we are Still getting letters from banks and loan companies without our knowledge of them doing so.
Highly disappointed considering I’ve wanted the vehicle we purchased since I was 10, worst experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

Auto/Service center DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Take your vehicle somewhere else to get serviced unless you want to wait a month plus more.I scheduled my appointment supposed to be on the 2nd, in which i dropped it off two days early because of the holidays & me having to work. Then when i called at 11am that day to check & see what they found out they told me they didn't even look at my car & told me "they would get to it". Two weeks later i called again because i was assuming some type of progress was made, well AGAIN my car had not even been touched, which i spoke to matt on the phone & he said, "i'm guessing you want me to tear into this." like uhm yeah? It's been there for three weeks. Then he told me he needed me to sign something in which i came in & done right away. I called again the next day in which he told me my headgasket was leaking, then he told me he had to take it off & send pictures & whatever. So the next day I called again & he said everything was good & ordered. Well my vehicle got finished this past thursday & they called to tell me it ready. I didn't pick up until friday morning because i worked thursday night. I come to the service desk to pick up my car & the curly haired lady was being real snobby & rude telling me i needed to have the person who cosigned my car come in & sign the paper or pay 2000 some dollars. I had a warranty on the car in which it covered everything, but they didn't tell me a signature was needed on the phone when they called for pickup, in which THEY SHOULD HAVE when they called so i could of had my cosigner come sign. I had multiple issues with matt & the woman at the service desk which blonde curly old fashioned hair. Super rude & have terrible lack of customer service what so ever, terrible way to act towards customers who pay thousands! My car could have been done weeks before it was if they had looked at my car to began with when i was scheduled! I wasn't updated on my car at all the whole month it was there, & i like to be in the loop about the vehicle i'm paying $700 dollars a month for!! No one called me & told me anything, i had to call in to even get them to look at my car. the whole situation is terrible & i hope no one ever has the terrible experience i had with the service center!

I had a great experience with Hugh White Honda. The price was so good I drove 90 miles to see it. The salesman (George Mauzy) was extremely friendly and helpful.
