Went in to get nails clipped on my dog. No customers at all there. No one even in the parking lot. 2 girls behind the counter, one standing at the end of counter eating a bowl of food. They declined to clip the nails on my dog and said that I needed to email them. That's an email they will never get. I had a handful of money that they obviously didn't want.

We made a second appointment to have our puppies claws clipped and we were 11 minutes late, I asked if they would help anyway since the place was empty but they refused and told me to reschedule. It only takes a few minutes to do. I thought we had the perfect place to get her taken care of, but I will reschedule somewhere else. Gave 2 stars because the first appointment was great.

Great place with great management! My dog has a special diet and it was so nice to find a supplier in Athens. They saved me having to drive to columbus. Customer service is above and beyond!

Took our girl Mexie here today to get her nails done. The groomer was great and super fast. Reasonable price also! Very happy. We will definitely be returning!

Shelly is absolutely amazing! She's so knowledgeable. I have an overweight cat and was looking for food to help her lose some weight and also calm her anxiety. Shelly delivered on both! I'm trying her suggestions for food and have been using the collar she suggested for anxiety. This is a wonderful place for pets and the staff is caring and knowledgeable about their products.

We brought our sweet dog here for a nail trim, and had a great experience! Awesome pet store with a wide variety of cat and dog food, treats, and toys. Also, cats up for adoption here as well. Nina was so warm and kind! She made our dog feel comfortable for her nail trim. We will definitely be going back.

I love that I can order my special fog food every week and be put on a schedule for my next dog food purchase. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
