I went in as a walk in a few months back and had a short wait. Maxine was the stylist and she did a great job. Very friendly and thorough. Have been back twice since then.

Made an appointment about a month ahead of time I have a card with the date and time and hairstylist name went to my appointment and they said I wasn't on there that I had no appointment, turns out they made the appointment for the wrong day even though we told her 3 times what day we wanted

Went with my roommate to get her hair done. We arrived on time/early and no one was up front. Had to wait for someone to come out and check us in and then wait for the stylist to come out. She sat my roommate in the chair, talked for about 10 minutes, cut a single section of her hair, and then told her she had lice???? It was a piece of dandruff/dry skin as she had not washed her hair yet since the stylist was supposed to. The woman refused to cut or wash her hair, even though my roommate tried to explain to her that it was not lice, and we ended up leaving with her having one chunk of hair shorter than the rest. Luckily the salon was empty because the woman was far from discreet when discussing the "lice". By far the worst experience we've ever had at a hair salon.

I went in today to get my hair dyed with very nervous feels. It was a big deal to me and Max blew my expectations out of the water. I left loving my hair. The ladies in there were very friendly and created conversation a lot. Very good environment and I will definitely be coming back!!Service: Hair coloring

My friend and I both had haircuts scheduled with Amanda. Our appointment was scheduled at 4:00pm and Amanda was still finishing up with a previous customer when we walked in at 4:00pm. Amanda was very nice and explained her previous appointment took a little longer. It was the attitude and nasty looks of the woman in the back sitting that caused us to walk out. She was sitting back there, playing on her phone and giving dirty looks to everyone that walked in. The phone was ringing and she didn’t even have the decency to get up and answer it. After asking who the lady was, it was determined to be the shop manager Lori. The shop was pretty dirty. Dead bugs in most of the light fixtures, burnt out bulbs, product shelves were dusty and she was sitting back there playing on her phone and giving out dirty looks. Very unprofessional. My friend has been coming there for 6 years regularly and walked out to because he was shocked by the attitudes and condition of the place. Not one to complain on places, but I have been festering on it. I’ve had other friends stop there to get haircuts and they’re closed and not open the hours posted. There’s a couple very nice stylists there, but the place is very below par.Services: Haircut

First time actually going to a salon an I have to say Jennifer’s got it going on with those tricks of her trade. She only looked at my reference picture for curtain bangs once and did a fantastic job. Will be going there and utilizing her skills every trip.
