Yesterday I had finally been updated on my 2019 honda CRV I purchased from this dealership. I was told that they had fixed the issue with the car that I listed in my previous review. They were going to bring my car to me and take the trade in I am currently in back. 20 minutes away from my location the person returning it to me had to turn around and take it back to the dealership because it started having the same problem and all the dash lights came on again. I get a call from the General Manager and he informs me that he no longer feels comfortable selling me the CRV and is going to unwind the deal. I asked him when I could come and do the paperwork for this process. He told me that they will determine that and that he will have to see and call me. I had told the salesman that Saturdays are best because I can no longer miss work for the situation and living 2 hours away from the dealership made it difficult. I came into the dealership today to get do the paperwork because I was off work since it was a Saturday and I was not informed that it could not be done on certain days. When we got there the GM came out and i told him why i was there and he told me that he couldn't unwind the deal yet and that I should have called him to tell him I was coming because of the long commute. He also told me that he told me a date over the phone to come in, which was untrue. He told me to have a seat in the lobby, which instead I wanted to wait outside. The entire conversation he was progressively getting louder, pointing his finger at me. He followed me outside shortly after yelling that I needed to leave or he would be calling the cops because he would not have me interrupting his show room. I asked if I could get my property from the CRV and he yelled at me that it was open. Mark helped me by showing me where my CRV was and getting the few things I had in it, out as the GM walked away still yelling. I told Mark that I felt sorry him having to work like that and the GM screamed at me from a few cars away that he felt sorry for me. I gathered my property and left the lot in the trade in that I was still driving. Treating customers this way will ensure that they do not return to be repeat customers in the future. I am stuck in a situation where I cannot go and get another vehicle because I am still the owner of this CRV. Not only am I stuck in this situation, I am honestly scared to go back to the dealership because of how the GM acted. I can't imagine willingly allowing myself to be put into a situation like this again where I am scared of another person.

We just purchased a 2024 F-150 and a 2024 Expedition from Mark Dellinger and could not have had a better experience. From the very get go he was kind, courteous, professional and easy to relate and speak with. He answered all of our questions, gave us additional information and input as appropriate and was not pushy in the slightest which is the biggest pet peeve we have when shopping for anything. He allowed us the space and time to contemplate this impulse purchase and once we decided to move forward him and his entire team took the best care of us. They were all patient, kind, relatable and fun to work with. Not to mention they stayed 2 hours past closing to get the deal all worked out and seemed so genuinely happy for us. We will most definitely be back for all of our future vehicle purchases!!
