Bought a Honda from Don Wood over a month ago. I had them reprint the contract stating they promised to provide the AC Lines. Guy told me they would have them rush delivered the next week. Here we are, over a month later, No AC lines. FURTHER - I have been making regular calls and cannot get anyone to respond to me. Always told they will call me back...never get a call. Today, the Assistant Manager says give him 15 minutes to check on it and he will call me right back. 25 minutes later, I call...he is in a meeting. Don Wood = Deception! **UPDATE: July 20 - FINALLY received a message my AC lines are being mailed to me...quickly followed by an ultimatum!!! TREVOR WOOD, current GM - poor leadership.

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE. They will not communicate with you, they will hold your vehicle for as long as they can (6+ months at this point), and just screw you over.

Best service department I've ever dealt with. Always very helpful! Car battery died and I called them up they told me to bring it in and they replaced it even though they closed in 40 minutes. Would highly recommend getting your Ford serviced here!

Friend buys a car from them and within a month it needs extensive work. They block people who try to review them via Facebook because they don't want to look like the chop shop that they are. Danny Devito had more redeeming qualities in Matilda than this place.

I have never had a bad experience at Don Wood Ford. I've always been able to get an appointment to get my car serviced and the time to service my car has been about average. The customer service is great. Everyone on staff who I have experienced is helpful and informative.

We met with a salesman and ordered an F-250 in January 2022. We were told at that time we could use the Z-plan. We emailed our Z plan PIN number to get the discount. Apparently later in January they decided they would no longer honor the Z-plan but never bothered to tell us. Fast forward to July 2022 when the truck is in and ready for pick up. We go to pick it up and are informed they are no longer honoring the Z-plan but we can still pay retail price (7K more). Salesman said he had too many orders (like 72) to go back through and let people know, he was very rude. The guy had 7 months to let us know! He asks, what would you have done about it anyways? We said cancel the order and order it through a Ford dealership that does honor the Z-plan. He says well no one is honoring that right now. That was a lie because we went back to our hometown and bought through them with the Z-plan. We were later told that we should have filled out the Z-plan paperwork when we ordered but the salesman didn't mention to us that we should do that. We think he just wanted the truck on the lot so he could sell it to someone else for more money. He didn't let us know because he knew we would cancel the order. We are new to the area which is why we went to this location. We buy a new car every couple years and they 100% lost all of our business. We're very disappointed in this Ford dealership. Very poor customer service.
