Bought a Honda from Don Wood over a month ago. I had them reprint the contract stating they promised to provide the AC Lines. Guy told me they would have them rush delivered the next week. Here we are, over a month later, No AC lines. FURTHER - I have been making regular calls and cannot get anyone to respond to me. Always told they will call me back...never get a call. Today, the Assistant Manager says give him 15 minutes to check on it and he will call me right back. 25 minutes later, I call...he is in a meeting. Don Wood = Deception! **UPDATE: July 20 - FINALLY received a message my AC lines are being mailed to me...quickly followed by an ultimatum!!!TREVOR WOOD, current GM - poor leadership.

Purchased a new car today at Don Wood. Greg Morrow was our salesman he did an excellent job answering all of our questions and explaining the details of our vehicle. This was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Best service department I've ever dealt with. Always very helpful! Car battery died and I called them up they told me to bring it in and they replaced it even though they closed in 40 minutes. Would highly recommend getting your Ford serviced here!

They pay some of their mechanics well below a living wage--embarrassingly low in this economy. Remember that the next time you shop there, or have your vehicle serviced. It's not 2002 anymore, get with it.

We met with a salesman and ordered an F-250 in January 2022. We were told at that time we could use the Z-plan. We emailed our Z plan PIN number to get the discount. Apparently later in January they decided they would no longer honor the Z-plan but never bothered to tell us. Fast forward to July 2022 when the truck is in and ready for pick up. We go to pick it up and are informed they are no longer honoring the Z-plan but we can still pay retail price (7K more). Salesman said he had too many orders (like 72) to go back through and let people know, he was very rude. The guy had 7 months to let us know! He asks, what would you have done about it anyways? We said cancel the order and order it through a Ford dealership that does honor the Z-plan. He says well no one is honoring that right now. That was a lie because we went back to our hometown and bought through them with the Z-plan. We were later told that we should have filled out the Z-plan paperwork when we ordered but the salesman didn't mention to us that we should do that. We think he just wanted the truck on the lot so he could sell it to someone else for more money. He didn't let us know because he knew we would cancel the order. We are new to the area which is why we went to this location. We buy a new car every couple years and they 100% lost all of our business. We're very disappointed in this Ford dealership. Very poor customer service.

SUCH A SHADY DEALERSHIP! Advertised a ford maverick online for a certain price. Refused to sell it for that price and wanted to price gouge it by an additional 5,000 dollars. This dealership also wants to charge you 3% surcharge for not using their financing. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL AND BBB. You cant advertise a vehicle for 29,285 and then add an additional 5,000 when someone wants to buy it. FALSE ADVERTISING

On our way through Athens about 2pm on a Friday afternoon we unfortunately got a flat tire that we could repair ourselves. We called Ford roadside assistance and unfortunately they were less than helpful. We googled the closest Ford dealership and this is what popped up. We called for a tow, their were three of us so we couldn't all fit in the tow truck. The service manager Larry came in his personal vehicle to pick us up within 15 minutes of the call, along with the tow truck. When we arrived they fit us right in for a tire change although Larry initially said they were backed up. We were in and out within an hour and the tow and tire change was covered under our warranty -- which I know is very lucky! Great customer service at this location!!

This place is a dumpster for a business. They sell lemons. Wouldn't budge on price. And, after I overpaid for my truck, I have had to put over $2,000 in it since, in less than 2 months. Also, they sent me the paperwork they was supposed to go to the bank. So, I couldn't get legal tags and registration for almost two months. Whenever I called for help or answers, they would either hang up or I would be sent to a voicemail. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I would rather buy shit from pig.
