Incredibly rude employee, older woman with a bad perm. Unbelievable snotty attitude, refused to help me find an item. It’s so weird because the other CVS in town has the nicest, most helpful people working there. This location clearly needs new management.

the pharmacy is terrible. i call or go in person and they never have my medications correct or on time. even with automatic refills, they are never ready and no one has time to wait around forever like they make you

The pharmacy is never open when they say they are, typically because they have closed half an hour to an hour early than their posted hours. I literally have to triple check before I go and still they will not be open. I hate this pharmacy but it’s the closest one that my insurance will take.

You can call and ask a simple question and they will hang up the phone I asked multiple times for help and no one will help. They never have prescriptions ready for pickup.

We were visiting this week on an official visit for OU. My daughter and I stopped in to grab a couple of things to take to our hotel. We walked to the counter and I set down a six pack of beer and my daughter an energy drink. The leftover member of the Women's Temperance Movement who was working the register asked for both of our IDs. I said, you need her ID for a Red Bull?! No, she replied, for the alcohol. "I don't know if you're going to leave here and drink that with her." I believe my response was 'oh my God!' And we walked out.

The lady working in the pharmacy was horribly rude and I'll never set foot in that CVS again. Horrible customer service. The wait time was so bad I left and transferred my prescription somewhere else.

Only place in Athens that needs an entire background check to sell an adult flu medicine. Also conveniently the only accessible or walkable health store in Athens to college students. Athens is already unaccessible enough.
