I leased from Coady Rentals for two years as a student and it was a good experience. Whenever I had a maintenance issue it was quickly addressed and everyone was always kind and friendly. I got my full deposit back, too! This is a trustworthy place to rent from if you're unsure of where to go.

I held an apartment with Coady Rentals for 2 years and couldn't say anything bad about them. Great group of people who treat tenants with great respect and have an amazing group of mantence who help whenever we have needed them. 10-10 would recommend to everyone looking for apartments.
