I have been with chase bank for years , I like all the people at the local branch but I’ve never had issues like I have had this time around while referring one of my children to open a checking here . I’ve had three other children open their first checking accounts here as well . This one has been a nightmare ! The first time we waited forever and never got his debit card in the mail , eventually the account closed because he couldn’t use it . We opened another a month ago and just NOW got his card ! Now the PIN he set with the banker doesn’t work , called customer service and had the rudest worker ever , ultimately they couldn’t do anything and said our phones couldn’t receive texts to get a code to verify info . So I go to schedule an online meeting and now the online meeting scheduling doesn’t work. This is no longer convenient or has good customer service ( at the call center ).

As a valued member with chase bank for over 10 years now with several accounts. I love chase bank but this is the worst branch I've been to. Not to mention Dave (David) the branch manager, has no clue to what he is doing. First off, I noticed he didn't recognize me as a valued chase member. He then proceeded going Over the ins and outs as of the accounts as if it was still new to him and even tried to get me to get a credit card, I already told him i had. I just wanted to add my special someone to my account, and open a savings account. We did that we almost hit the TWO hr mark (was only supposed to be a hr) I then find out that he Opened a 2nd savings account too,THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. This guy is a mess, I'm not sure how he got into chase management. Don't ask for Dave!UPDATE: We have been waiting a Week for his card to come in the mail. Come to find out, Dave never even issued a card for him! Seriously the worst service I've experienced with chase bank. This is a major inconvenience for us.

These people do not care about their customers. I started my period at an awkward time and the man with the short dark hair by the window didn't allow me to use the bathroom on premises.It's appalling that an establishment of this level doesn't take care of their customers in this basic way.My boyfriend had to carry me half a block, as blood was dripping down, to a café that had a bathroom.I understand that there is "no public restroom", however, giving money or keeping this kind of establishment in business that doesn't even care about bathroom emergencies of this kind is outdated and shouldn't continue in the 21st century.

I love the staff, very friendly and helpful. The 3 stars is because they closed their only drive thru atm in Athens County. For handicapped people, this is unacceptable. Plus, there is no longer any Chase bank on State st where most of the shopping is located. I have banked with Chase for over 10 years. In the process of changing banks.

I've never had service this good at a bank. I almost always use credit unions because my experience with banks for 20 years has been awful, but when I joined my fiance's acxount here, I learned that it's possible (albeit rare) to find a bank that treats me like a customer and not a worthless money supplier.

My most favorite bank and most favorite branch. Collin is the best he is very sweet and he cares about his costumers . This is my only bank I have bank with I trust . They never did me wrong I had couple account to set up there in the past. He's great some of the other staff who knows me personally are really good to me sweet and checks on us.

I opened a bank account at this Chase branch when I was in graduate school and have kept my account for the past 5+ years. The customer service at this branch is excellent. Location on Court Street is quite convenient, although parking can be tough (there is a parking structure nearby, however, with meters that take quarters). [Update 5/4/17] - This bank just made me even MORE happy by providing excellent customer service over the phone (I live out of state). I heart heart this branch and don't regret keeping my account here even though I've moved to South Carolina where we have no Chase branches. Keep up the good work Chase Athens Court Street!
