BFS has always treated we well. Their propane prices are very reasonable and they do not charge a tank rental fee (unless I'm grandfathered into an old program, so don't quote me on that) if you fill the tank at least once per year. They have always been quick to deliver after calling and requesting a fill-up.I also love that they offer REC-90 Ethanol free gas at their plant location on route 550. I stop by and fill all of my gas cans every few months. I run it in anything that has a carburetor and have never had an issue with clogged, gummed up carburetors. It costs more than regular gas, but it's worth it to not have to worry about old gas sitting in a carb! Thanks for everything BFS!

I'm giving bfs a low rating because every time I call to order more fuel oil I'm treated badly . the representative I talk to acts like I'm taking oil from his house. He talks like no one can deliver to my house. The drivers don't know how to drive the big trucks. I was told the driver couldn't get up in my driveway. My son said he can get his truck in the driveway so why can't they pull up or back up in driveway. I was told when u clean out your driveway then give us a call. I can't afford to get my driveway cleaned out. I have my grandkids at my house and no fuel oil. If anything happens to anyone at my house trying to heat my house alternative methods I will be talking to my attorney.

Bought a 500 gal tank from BFS and had it filled. When it was delivered the men were very professional. Put in a line for me to my generator. Just took advantage of special summer buy. Would highly recommend BFS.

I had a ton of issues with BFS. They always treated me like it was inconvenience to answer my call or come fill my tanks. They would under fill in the summer months (lower price) and over fill in the winter months when prices were higher. Once we had a carbon monoxide scare and the fire department advised us to have our tanks checked and they told us they would come first thing in the morning. They didn't even show up. I had to call them. The worst was when I switched companies they said BFS had set my tanks completely against all regulation; right next to two electrical outlets. A really big no no, as any spark could have ignited the tanks!
