“The team at Don Wood Ford was excellent!! I was up here in Athens visiting my son and came in for a part for my Camry. I've been looking for a truck for months, so I decided to look around and Mark Dellinger at the Ford store in Athens was super helpful. He found me exactly what I was looking for. I was a little bit on the fence and of course they worked with me to get me the best possible deal. I used to work for Don Wood about 19 years ago as a salesman and the fact that I've bought 4 trucks from them over the years should tell y'all a lot. Trev Oliver did a phenomenal job working my deal and he was exceedingly diligent hitting every point I wanted. When Chris Thompson started the financing, he was outstanding, he got me the best rate and payment possible. None of the staff were pushy or overbearing in any way. Take this for what it is, but I don't normally leave reviews so this a big deal for me. I 100% recommend Don Wood Ford in Athens Ohio and will fir sure be back. “Been there 3x to get work done and it’s the only shop in or around Athens county I feel I can trust. Given they do have a waiting list at times. That’s due to return clients I assume that won’t go anywhere else. They will fix only what is needed and necessary to make your car safe and reliable. I thought my transmission was going bad today and it was just a bad line; they fixed it within 2 hours for way cheaper than expected.(not everyone’s situation is the same). Previously they’ve fixed front ends on vehicles and found that loud noises from my vehicle were just minor, and nothing to worry about. I could go on forever about this place. If you want what’s best for your vehicle and pocket though, go to Clowes Auto.”

“Randy has been our family's car guy for pretty much as long as I remember. I believe my very first car, Geraldine- a red civic, even met Randy, 20 some years ago... then many other automobiles since. So, I think the test of time speaks for its self in my case. He's always provided excellent master mechanic abilities and knowledge, as well as competitive and fair pricing. I'm sure there are other shops in athens with great people, however when ya start with the best why risk getting anything less! As long as his garage doors are open, ill be recommending people take their cars to Randy... they'll never have to ask the interwebs for car repair digits again...I never have...(Hats of to you good sir...job well done!)”

“Couldn't recommend anyone as high as Tim in the Athens area. Was told I needed all new rotors and pads during an oil change at Monro. Took it to Tim and for no charge checked out all four tires and said my brakes were in great shape. My fiancé has had some serious work done on her older Honda Odyssey at TB Auto and never once have we experienced sticker shock or faulty work. Very professional and fair with pricing. Highly, highly recommend!”

Even though they are tied to Toyota dealership they work on pretty much anything. They're honest, professional, and fast. I appreciated that they put my spare back in the compartment under the trunk carpet rather than just plopping it into the trunk. Little details like that show me they care!! “Have only had one experience here and so far so good. Amanda answered the phone and was the absolute sweetest person on earth. Helped me get everything figured out, prices and such (had a tire blowout and needed a new tire) around $80 for one but includes free repairs, if they can't repair it, they prorate it, free alignment check (if that's not already mandatory) and free rotation. I had a small window to be able to make it in time, and she had even offered to have someone drop me back off at work. Wonderful customer service and tire changed in 20 minutes, even with an unexpected call off. Amanda is amazing!!”
