The gentleman can be a bit sarcastic but that's just how he is, so that can be misunderstood as poor customer service. The employees there are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. They are willing to help you out and I haven't had any troubles with them at all.

Went in to get tow straps. They didn't have it. I asked where nearest store is and he said "what do I look like, the yellow pages?" Wow customer service skills needed!
