Horrible customer service and they don’t send notifications to pay but will charge late fees. Mike was extremely disrespectful and he lied about everything. Pat was also extremely disrespectful and they couldn't seem to understand the requests we were making. We asked them for the managers name and they claim they don’t have one. Five minutes later, they give us the name and his schedule. They also refused to take our payment multiple times over the phone.

We rented a storage unit here for my son while at OU. Unit was clean and management was easy to deal. Highly recommend.

I NEEDED A PLACE TO STORE MY THINGS UNTIL I FIND MYSELF A PLACE TO RENT OR MAYBE BUY...AT THE TIME I NEEDED STORAGE ALMOST ALL OF THE OTHER STORAGE PLACES HAD NO EMPTY UNITS...I WAS HAPPY TO FIND ATHENS COUNTY STORAGE HAD A UNIT FOR ME TO RENT AND THE EMPLOYEES TREAT ME VERY WELL WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY MY RENT FOR MY UNIT...???

Scumbags plain and simple. I rented a unit and placed the security deposit. I have still not received that security deposit and I cleaned my items out of the unit at the end of May. Every time I call to ask about the status of my direct deposit return, they hang up on me and refuse to call me back. If you're willing to not get your deposit back than this is the perfect place to store your items. Two stars because my money but the units are ok

Any time I need a storage unit I will always choose you guys and I definitely will recommend you to everyone I know you have been very helpful and patient with me and I can't thank you enough the belongings in storage mean more to me than anything and I don't worry not a single bit about them and that is the weight of the world lifted from my shoulders so THANK YOU!!!!!! ??
