This is one of the best and most accommodating locations I have ever been to. I even go out of my way to take packages I need mailed there. Most of the people leaving bad reviews are calling the 800 number or don't realize that it is YOUR responsibility to make things easy for the carriers. They work 6, and sometimes 7, days a week in all kinds of weather. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond for any issues or questions I have. I'd love to see these bad review people go and deal with the locations in and around Columbus. Their head would explode.

Have had to many packages delivered to the wrong house and nerve seem to track them down when I ask them about them when they are the ones who delivered it! then they play if off like it’s my fault they deliver to the wrong people!

The weekday carrier for myself and my mother on Winchester Road is about the most incompetent and irresponsible carrier that we've had for the 44 years I've been here. Always receiving neighbors mail. Often receiving mail for Winter Road, Walnut Creek Pike, and Bulien Pierce Road. Have even put mail back in the box for the carrier to correct and received the exact same piece of mail a few days later.I've received others checks, license plates, bills, and just this week, property taxes.Have spoken to the post office. It was quite a while back but was told that this guy has been working on this route for a while now and that this should not be happening.Mistakes happen, I get that, but this level of incompetence and lack of attention to the job is completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

I'm not sure why this place is such a disaster, but I frequently do not get monthly bills that I know are being sent by the billing company. I didn't get my electric bill for two months, and when I went in and told them they acted like it couldn't possibly be their fault. Then miraculously the old electric bills showed up in my mailbox a few days later.....

They are always rude when you call and ask a question. If you go in and speak with anyone they have an attitude. They seem to hate their jobs based off of how they act. At one point in time I had a mail woman who refused to deliver my mail to my address because she was afraid of the persons dogs that lived in the front of the house (we lived in a duplex). She never interacted with my dogs once. Our options were to either move the mailbox or pay for a box at the post office. If you don’t like dogs get a different job. It should read in your job description that you will have to encounter dogs on a daily basis and the dogs she interacted with were sweet hearts and ended up getting pepper sprayed. The post office is a joke and they should fire and rehire new employees, ones with personalities and know how to speak to you as a human being.

I live in apartments so my mail box is small and they continue to shove packages in my mailbox instead of putting it in the bigger box. I had to tear a package apart to get it out of my mail box.

This post office is a joke. I called to try to figure out why they put that my front door wasnt accessible when it clearly was and is. Just because they didnt wanna get out of the car and bring my package to my door. They put me on hold for more then 30 minutes. Then hung up on me. I tried calling back it happened again. Then I called a 3rd time and no answer. They have put my packages in other people's boxes. They need to get there stuff together. I called corporate and apparently I'm not the first complaint on them in the last few weeks.

Normally I understand the weather issues but my mailbox and the neighbors mailbox have been cleared so the snow is out of the way for the mailman when we called to ask why our mail wasn't delivered she said it was probably because our mailbox wasn't cleared I watched the mailman today he did not go down our street he went down the street right behind us the street is clear there's no reason why he couldn't come down our street we live on canal Street and South Bloomfield Ohio I would like an explanation I would like our mail to be picked up and delivered

Very rude female postal employee. I don't know her name, but she has short hair. I feel like she discriminated against me and she is petty because she opens my mail to make sure I'm "shipping how I'm supposed to". Rates always seem to be higher when she's working. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because I really like the other female employee. She is always very sweet.

Something is going on at this location. I hear several folks saying deliveries are not attempted and I can confirm that. Packages the size of a CD case should not require the recipient to go to the PO due to being a "large envelope ".

Never really have any problems! I may suggest introducing yourself to your postal delivery person. A friendly smile still goes a long way!
