“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!

“Without an appointment that team was wonderful at getting my car taken care of. They handled all the phone calls and customers really well and took the time they needed with each one.
Definitely would recommend an appointment to cut down on wait time..but they will do their best to get your car taken care of.

“Came out to a flat today after work, called up my local Firestone and Peter was great, I knew it was close to them closing for the evening but wanted to see if I could get in to have them check my tire. He reassured me that they would take a look at it and get it taken care of. What a relief! I came in 45 minutes before closing and they were quick, efficient and polite and made sure I was taken care of. They will continue to be my go to for all my tire needs!”
