“This apothecary has a really cool room decked out like an old drug store! I was pleased at how quickly I could get my vaccines. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Clean store. Efficient check outs. Pharmacy is clean. The people working the pharmacy are courteous and helpful. Well done (especially for a large chain store)!”

“The Staff have become so helpful and because they are a locally-owned business they have been able to get to know my husband and i and now i feel as if they understand our needs too. Wonderful people!”

“I grew up near Circleville. I travel from Columbus to this location because it's nicer and usually has more items stocked than any of the stores in town where I live. It's safer and the people are nicer.”

“Used this pharmacy years ago and they were so kind and friendly. Now that I moved back to Circleville, I looked at all the comments and all but one was satisfactory, just like when I had moved so many years ago.”

“Always go to Kroger. It's close by, prices are competative. Friendly folks. A few weeks ago I pulled up to the little building at the gas pumps. I had had foot surgery and the employee saw me struggling and came to my car. Said I'll get you whatever you want. Great?”

“The Groveport Kroger store and pharmacy seem to be very organized and stocked fully without boxes and skids everywhere blocking isles like most other stores across Columbus and the surrounding areas. Everyone I had contact with was well informed and eager to help and very friendly. The store seems to be very clean.”

“This place has EVERYTHING. Visiting here and got water and snacks for the hotel (Hampton Inn) next door. Had to hold myself back browsing the aisles and remember I FLEW to Central Ohio, so only had so much room. I was tempted to take back Ohio State hats and shirts and a hoodie - all well priced. The have a huge sporting goods section and had a good selection of ammo, camo and hunting magazines. You are definitely in rural Ohio!”

“Just want to praise the sweet girl that was bagging my groceries.

Thank you so much.”

“the staff are friendly, informative, and don’t announce prescriptions practically over a megaphone like other pharmacies (i’m looking at you CVS). i wish the pharmacist on duty today would’ve initially made eye contact, walked over to me to speak with me, etc. it felt a bit impersonal speaking to someone as they’re talking to me from their monitor 15 feet away. other than that, it’s great.”

“Whenever I think of a pharmacy, I imagine a place where everyone's in a rush and too busy to crack a smile. But the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road? It's a whole different world! Here,The Pharmacists: Mike and Greg (those are the two I see the most, I know the others are just as A-HA-MAZING), and all the techs have somehow mastered the art of being both hilariously funny and unbelievably helpful at the same time.In the mere 3 minutes that I spend at the counter, I am always greeted with a mix of friendly banter and genuine care. It's like stepping into a sitcom where the cast actually knows your name and cares about your day. Whether it's Mike's quick wit, Greg and I sharing our struggles with "baldness", or the techs' endless patience, each visit is a pleasant surprise in what's usually a thankless environment.Let's face it: no one visits a pharmacy for fun. But these folks make every trip feel like a brief visit to a friend's place. It's clear they don't just dispense medication; they dispense good moods too! So here's to the team at the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road - turning mundane pharmacy visits into mini-adventures in customer service. Keep up the great work, and thank you for always being there with a smile and a helping hand!”

“They are always pretty pleasant majority of time, only issue is I wish they would shift lunch and stay open as some of us its inconvenient to have them close so long for lunch as it's the only times we have to go ourselves. I had to try for 2nd shot 3 tries before being there in a time they were open.”

“People were friendly. Clean. Displays were stacked up. Checkout was quick and my items were bagged quickly. They have fresh meat here in the back, but after 7sih, they close down.”

“This is my go to Kroger. I love the fuel points that I can earn especially in times of when gas prices are high. They can be out of common items often but price is fair. I can never find anyone when I need help locating an item. I search row after row and it's like they are hiding in the isles because they know I'm searching for them.”

“The people crying about prescriptions not being ready after receiving the automated text are failing to realize the text says “we received a prescription” not “prescription filled and ready for pickup. Also, relying on your doctors electronically sent script is a joke itself, if you want fast service take a hard copy script and bring it in yourself.Sincerely, someone who couldn’t care less about waiting a day or two.*sips tea*”

“Krogers is a Great store. When i shop there, we can get makeup right after the frozen food section. We don't have to walk all over the place to get what we need. THANK YOU, KROGER”

“I drive from Chillicothe to this CVS because I can't stand my local one. They're been very helpful in situations where the other pharmacy was not. Personally, they've always treated me with compassion and I don't feel judged for my medication. My only gripe is the operating hours. Saturday and Sunday is a big day in retail. and I feel if anything they should be open even later on the weekends, not closing early.”

“There wa some miscommunication between the prescribing Dr. and the pharmacy. Dr. Called in and Pharmacy filled all before they closed at 1:30pm. Thankful they were able to fill so quickly so we were able to make it to our 2pm appointment. Thank you!”

“I spoke with two employees and both were very friendly and helpful. I did not catch the first man’s name, unfortunately, but when I checked out, Alice was very friendly, kind, and had been helpful on the phone just a few moments earlier when I had questions about if a particular item was in stock or not.”
