“I love this location. Every time I pop in this store they greet me and offer help within the first 10 feet like clockwork. Brian in particular is the BEST! He is always so helpful with any questions I have and tonight even helped me get an item ordered for delivery because it couldn’t fit in my car! In the world of self check out, being able to walk into a store and get help from actual people that are friendly and kind is such a breath of fresh air! Amazing customer service!”

“Everything plus a bag of popcorn while I shopped. I needed to batteries, one car & one truck. I compared them with one of the other "auto stores". The truck battery at Rural King saved me almost $100. And the car battery was almost $80 cheaper. That's a significant savings! And it's not just a 12 month... it's a 24 month, warranty. So basically the same as the DieH*** without the cost.
I would definitely recommend. And the popcorn ? isn't too bad either ??”

“A little late posting after purchasing on 6-28-24... But a well deserved shout out!! After shopping at two discount warehouses and two other big box stores we decided to stop in at this Home Depot location. We went to appliances and were greeted by Joe right away. He asked if he could help us with anything and we said yes... looking for a "garage refrigerator"! He instinctively took us back and showed us several different models to pick from. We browsed with no high pressure, took our time shopping, he answered several of our questions throughout the process and helped us with setting up a "same day delivery" (which almost beat us back to the house, literally just a couple of hours later). We ended up with a "garage rated" Vissani 10.1 cu.ft. unit. Overall, surprisingly a great experience. Thank you Joe!!”
