I was almost a victim of a scam. I tried to screen shot all the details to my banks fraud department but could not do it on my phone. I stopped in to the Verizon Store in Saybrook. The wonderful representative Jessica, not only helped me, (not I'm sure part of her job), but also did the screen shots and sent all the info to my bank. I am pretty phone savvy, but Jessica went way beyond my abilities right then & took a big effort right off my mind. I am a Verizon customer and have been for a long time. This effort on Jessica's part is why I will always be a customer. If you want a down to earth person to help you with your cell phone needs, I highly recommend Jessica at their Saybrook store!

Denny Wareh set me up for a 30 day trial of Verizon internet service. He could not have been any nicer or more professional. He even gave me his number if I have additional questions in the future. I was SO pleased with his service. Verizon is lucky to have him!
