My experience at Tracie Brown State Farm was great. Ashley, the agent who helped me with my claim both in-person and on the phone, was so helpful. Matt at Tracy Brown Statefarm office in ashtabula, has gone over and beyound his customer service duties. He is very knowledged on policy, the order of the insurance world is, and most patient and polite. I am so thankful for people like that in this world, a rare gem.
