Went here to have a balayage done & a trim. Walked out with orange & uneven coloring in my hair. Also my hair was cut off, all different lengths as if the hair dresser had put layers in my hair when I had only asked for a trim. Went back to have her fix it and she was just rushing and wasn’t much effort made while she was doing other people’s hair, AND made me blow dry my own hair AND used a spray bottle of water to spray bleach out of my hair. Paid $100 to have my hair ruined and was refused a refund. I really liked this place but I will never come back. I had to go to someone else to get it fixed who fixed it under an hour no problem. Hate leaving this review, very nice people but worst experience I have ever had.
