Today I went into the store to get baseball equipment. (Mind you I went in knowing nothing)!!
The girl at the counter with the glasses (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) not only helped me but she went above and beyond to walk around the store helping me and giving me information on items instead of pointing and leaving me stranded.
The interaction I had at this store was priceless and worth all the money spent in there. It was nice seeing a young lady take such pride in her job.
Sports and sports is the way to go not only for your sporting needs but for awesome customer service!

I went to the store to get wrestling gear for my son. Taylor the woman working was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. I will be going back for all future sporting needs.

Located in a plaza on a first floor. It is off rt 20 in Madison, Ohio. Clean place and neatly organized. I wanted a patch made for my vest. Left accurate measurements and a nice drawing of image. No price given. I called 2 weeks later and it was sent to their Ashtabula store. I found out price when I picked it up. It was nice work, but not as on my drawing. I paid and left as needed it for a bike run the next day. It looked nice but not as ordered from other store. So place special orders in Ashtabula store, as they do the labor. Very pleasant staff and they have school jackets and other school items.

We shop here off and on, very nice clean well organized store. The store is usually pretty well stocked with all kinds of sports equipment. The prices are very reasonable, and they have many markdowns, and sales. Great overall sports store, and the management and personel are very customer friendly!

Seriously, one of my favorite places in town. We go there for all our kids' sporting needs (and thats a lot we have 5 kids). Any time I want something personalized or we need school spirit wear, I go there too. They have gotten all my personal orders done within days and the prices are always fair. Most importantly, every single employee I have dealt with has been extremely kind and helpful.
