I came in for internet service and was helped right away. The technician came out on a Sunday and was terrific! Set my tv up and yes, showed me how it all worked! I'm glad I went with Spectrum. Good service and knowledgeable, friendly people to help you.

Spectrum does not have the infrastructure nor personnel to adequately provide service in the area. Seek alternative internet service providers.

After months, nay, years of struggling with bad reception, I finally got the courage to tell them to consider me a FORMER customer. Multiple calls a week because my service would drop or shut down (not during a storm, mind you), and it had worn too thin for me. Lots of money going out the door, and little to nothing coming back to me. I've made my last service call to Spectrum!

The service technicians were attentive and spent a lot of time trying to find the problem with my Samsung phone. They did all steps required and finally after visiting another store in anther state recommended that I call Samsung. Samsung gave me the run around and I will not go back to these techs and buy another phone, definetly not a Samsung. They were amazing.

Horrible customer service and even worse billing practices. Our service was disconnected for non payment. We were busy with a death in the family and forgot to pay a few bills. A month later when we decided to call and cancel bc we didn't really use the service any longer anyway, the representative was rude and told me that we would be getting charged for the last month, even though the service was disconnected and we didn't use it. He said it was their "policy." I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. We will never use Spectrum again and will never reccomend them to anyone!

I Get Very frustrated with not being able to call the local spectrum store and talk to a person for issues I may have navigating my Samsung phone I've bought and have service with Spectrum.It's hard for me to get out as I have walking disabilities.But I have to say I've found all the representatives there are kind and knowledgeable. However I have a preference to see ROY, he's just great ?And I will bypass all others to be helped by ROY.He's ?THANKS ROY

Shady business practices. Canceled my television service, but since I am 3 days into the new billing cycle, there are still charging for the entire month. Very poor business. Streaming services is the way to go.
