I would say 80% of the time they try to get you to purchase more than what I came into buy.....? It's because I am a female.
What they fail to realize is that a lot of females know a thing or two about cars or trucks.
It's very rude, unprofessional. I even had a manager treat me that way.
We do not do business with them any longer.
