This shop is not to be trusted at all. They had my car in the shop for over 6 months making repairs to my vehicle. The owner Earnie told me after a couple months 3-4 that the car would be done and I quote “should be done by next Friday” this went on for over 2 months.
Also this body shop made an agreement with the at fault insurance to cover my rental costs because the delay was on their end. This is where it becomes a nightmare at this shop, I picked up my car on a Friday and the following Monday Tuesday I was receiving calls from the rental car company saying that Earnie was refusing to pay for the rental he had already assured me and the at fault insurance company he would cover. Because of this I had the rental company call me non stop demanding payment for the rental for over 2 weeks.
The rental company even ended up calling my job to try and force me to pay and threatened me with criminal charges over the rental fees. Thank god I had emails and proof that Earnie agreed to pay for the rental or I would have been screwed over about $3000, because I had this proof the at fault insurance ended up covering it but it was extremely embarrassing having my bosses and hr call me into the office to ask me about the money that was owed to hertz.
Also upon receiving the car that was repaired by Earnie there were multiple imperfections on the work her preformed on my vehicle. My car had scratches it never had before going into the shop, the fender he repairs instead of getting replaced still has a noticeable dent in it, the body panels he put back on the car don’t line up and there are horrible gaps, and the paint in the repaired areas look different from the factory paint job. When I asked him about getting this corrected he simply said he is no longer going to do buisness with me.
Please please please if you care about your car, your sanity or your money do not use this shop.

I was hit twice in 10 days. They had to work with two different insurance companies. The work is quality and the car looks like it was never hit. I would definitely recommend them.

After a little fender bender I took my car to Northeast collision & Paint. They fixed my car in a little over 3 weeks. I think it took that long because they had to wait for parts to come in. When I picked my car up it was beautiful! It looked brand new and you couldn’t tell where the work was done to repair the damage. I will definitely take my car there again if it needs work again. I recommend Northeast Collision & Paint to anyone wanting or needing to have body work done on their vehicle.

Northeast Collision is literally the only place you need to call to have your vehicle's work done, Ernie and Cindy and their team of experts have years of knowledge and deliver on the promise of beautiful work as an end result!!! I wouldn't take mine anywhere else!!
