I have purchased a couple vehicles over the years from Ken's auto. This family owned business took great care of my needs. They are compassionate people who understand things happen in life and do their best to work with you if you run into hardships. Of course they have a business to run as well and cannot just allow people to have their vehicles if they are not paying but I know they do what they can to work with their customers. I loved both vehicles I got from them and other than your normal wear and tear and routine maintenance the vehicles I bought were solid. I purchased my last vehicle from them in 2019 and I still have it today. I would definitely recommend Ken's auto for your vehicle needs.

Okay the details on my sharing with you guys is not a 2010 Dodge Grand caravan off of these people but I didn't care for the way they treated here now recently I bought that car it was either at the end of October or the end of November I mean it was within the two or three days of the end of the month by the 3rd of the month had to put a payment in also after giving them $4,000 down well I didn't drive it very long and I didn't go very far with it and then all the sudden I started hearing the brakes grinding so I had the brakes and rotors changed in the front that was $180 and I kept hearing the grinding noise and I didn't go very far I just went to Walmart I live in Ashtabula less than 2 mi away from Walmart and I had to then go to a mechanic and he had to listen to it while he was driving down the road and he told me to help bearings were bad and both sides of the car I had to put the new rear end bearings in the wheel hub assemblies and brand new rotors pads and a caliper wheel bearings were 179.00 each the rotors were $71 each the brake pads were $54 for the set of four and the caliper with 61 so that's what I put in that car I have over 8,000 tied up in it now I should have never had to put a $1,000 in it in less than 4 months when I went and asked what I would get for free if I wanted to trade it in they said it wasn't very much and it was going to be nowhere close to what I have it they are thieves

I always have pleasant experiences with everyone I encounter at Ken’s Auto! I have purchased two great vehicles from the lot. The vehicles are sold as-is and it is posted throughout that they do not work on customers vehicles. They welcome you to bring someone with you to check out the car , you can take it on a test drive, and they will answer all your questions. All around friendly and welcoming environment!

Ken’s auto has been great for me and my family. My daughter purchased a 2010 Nissan Maxima 3 years ago (it's paid off now)and it still drives great and she loves it. My son just recently purchased a vehicle and he’s also very excited and happy with his choice of purchasing a vehicle that is reliable for him to get back and forth to work with. Absolutely love my car! They don't give you the same old rehearsed speech when you walk in like every other place. It's a very laid back atmosphere, no pressure into choosing something you don't want or to spend more then you can afford. This was my first time purchasing from a dealership of any kind and it was such an easy process. I highly recommend!

Put a down payment on a vehicle a day later the tire falls off after being on route 11, he said there was nothing he can to for me but put the tire back on and knock off 200$ , said he forgot to tighten the lug nuts after changing brakes, great guy bad vehicles

I honestly wish I would I knew about cars. Because I don't places like this can take advantage of people... within a week of having the car problems started and they are no help. They never returned my calls to fix the car, I have had to put 300 in repairs the first two weeks of having it. It needs 1000 more of work I need to come up with. So basically you're out the money you put down on the vehicle and who can afford that?!! Or figure out how to fix it. It's a shame people that work hard for what they have get taken by business/people like this in our community. Best advice I can give is to not buy from here. The reviews that people posted of quality must be family and friends. I should have read more of them, because many speak the truth that the cars purchased have been nothing but problems. It really is sad that people like this stay in business and take advantage of people/families!
